We at Arbii Tourism understand and respect the fact that travels spend their hard earned money to get a few days relaxation and rejuvenate one’s self, so we have a separate department who takes care for quality control be it hotels, transports, Guides or drivers We are operating only in the sector of North East, Seven Sisters and Bhutan since 1996 and our experience has guided us in aiding the below issues for Quality control.


We ensure all hotels and all rooms of each hotels are checked by our team and then only we re commend them to our guest

Vehicles and Drivers:
We ensure all vehicles are checked by our team before the start of a trip, same is also applied for drivers all drivers with us are time tested.

Team Leaders and Tour Guides
We do not operate Pan India and outbound we operate only in a small sector so all our team leaders and guides have visited each of the places innumerable no of times, which enables us to give the guest a true holiday experience, with authentic traditional and local ambience.

Guest Coordination:
We are perhaps the only tour operators who offers dedicated guest relationship managers for all travellers in all locations. We have dedicated guest relationship officers who will coordinate and meet with all guest during their entire holiday on all locations. They will brief the guest about next days itinerary and will take their feed back on daily services. This helps us in arresting on tour issues (If any) on spot and ultimately inturn helps a guest return happily with a memorable experiance.
